Programmes and activities
Our varied fitness programmes include ball sports, dance and yoga classes, martial arts, and competitive or social sports leagues.
These classes are fixed length fitness programmes, typically 6-8 weeks. Small Group Training is ideal for the participant looking for an intense training experience and wants time effective results.
Racquet and ball sports, dance classes, fencing and martial arts, yoga, pilates, and extreme outdoor sports such as jet skiing.
Get your team together and play our basketball, soccer or squash leagues.
Have fun, meet people and get some exercise at lunchtime with your friends, hostel, or department.
A daily walking programme designed to get you breathing hard but still be able to talk to your colleagues.
A club that meets twice a week for a run in the morning and early evening, in a circuit based around the University.
