Abdominals, Butts and Thights (AB&T)

This class uses low impact exercises to strengthen, tighten and tone your Abdominal, Butt and Thigh regions. Tummies will be trimmed and legs sculpted, improving your overall body shape. This class is ideal for new participant.

Barré Blast

Barré Blast: Ballet dancers have some of the most finely tuned bodies in the world. This ballet enspired class will help you tone a strong and slender lower body while developing a strong core using fitness techniques derived from intense ballet training concepts.

Hi NRG

Hi NRG is a cardio class using high and low impact exercise combined with some toning elements. If you want to lose body fat and improve your fitness then give this class a go.

Pilates

Pilates will help you to improve your breathing, postural alignment and core control. You will gain body awareness, feel taller, relaxed and centered after sessions. Great for beginners.

Pump

This easy-to-follow class uses free weights, barbells and dumbbells to develop muscular strength, endurance and tone muscles. This class is ideal for participants needing to add resistance training into their fitness regime. Resistance training is very important for weight loss and strong bodies. Great for new participants.

Speed, Agility, Power (SAP)

Speed, Agility, Power. This class will use running and athletic drills to improve your cardio fitness and help with co-ordination and explosive power. Speed ladders, agility shuttles and hurdles will be utilised in this dynamic class based on running techniques.

Spin

This indoor cycling class gives you an easy and effective workout. Spin is great for cardio-vascular fitness, leg strength and toning, all with no impact. Motivating music and instructors will help you improve your fitness while having fun!

Step

Step is a class designed to increase your stamina, reduce body fat and improve coordination. We have a number of different instructors who develop their own choreography using athletic and dance based styles. All styles will give you a great work out! Need more intensity? Try Step Elite on Mondays for challenging choreography and a show-stopping finale.

Stretch

Stretch will help you develop flexibility and core strength using a combination of elements from stretch, Yoga and Pilates. This class is good for new participants and is ideal after a PUMP or AB&&T class.

Technical Knock Out (TKO)

TKO is an dynamic, non-contact cardio workout using martial arts and shadow boxing techniques. This class will help you to reduce body fat, tone your entire body and build confidence.

X-Fit

This is a circuit based class designed for an all over body workout. Combining elements of aerobic and strength training, this class will be a time effective way to improve your health, reduce body fat and develop muscular strength. Ideal for new participants.

Yoga

Attend a Yoga class to learn to relax, improve your breathing and release stress and tension. You will develop your balance, posture and range of motion while relaxing muscles in this low impact class which is great for all participants.

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba® Fitness is a Latin inspired workout using international dance rhythms and dance styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Hip Hop and Reggaeton. It's a party class where having fun is the main focus and the results are reduced body fat, improved fitness and a release of fun filled endorphins.
